OEKO-TEX Standard 100

OEKO-TEX Standard 100

OEKO-TEX Standard 100 is an international certification provided by the OEKO-TEX Association to give to products made from textiles that have been tested for over 100 harmful substances that are dangerous to human health and the environment.

The certification process begins with the company submitting a product for testing. The product is then put through a series of tests that check for the presence of harmful chemicals. If the products pass all the tests, it is certified as OEKO-TEX Standard 100.

OEKO-TEX Standard 100 certification is recognized worldwide as a symbol of safety and quality textile products. This is important for products that come into contact with our skin, such as clothing, furniture, and mattress. In addition, the certification provides consumers peace of mind and helps build trust in the company.

Why is OEKO-TEX Standard 100 important?

OEKO-TEX Standard 100

OEKO-TEX Standard 100 ensures customers that their product choices are no toxic chemicals that can be harmful to their health, whether from breathing or touching.

Furthermore, OEKO-TEX Standard 100 takes one step further than the US and EU standards in research and development, as they banned some numerous harmful chemicals that can be harmful to the environment and human health, even if they are not yet legal.
