Pre-Oriented Yarn or POY
Pre-Oriented Yarn or POY is a straight orientation. It is not distorted and is used as a raw material to produce stretch fibers such as Drawn Textured Yarn (DTY). POY has been used as an essential raw material in the knitting and weaving industry.
Furthermore, Thai Polyester Co., Ltd. is concerned about environmental issues. Therefore, recycled Partially Oriented Yarn (POY) has been manufactured. Recycled POY is primarily used in texturizing to make the textured yarn which is also commonly known as recycled polyester Drawn Textured Yarn (DTY). Also, recycled POY is presented in semi-dull, raw white and Dope-Dyed Black. Our company can produce recycled POY with high quality of these following specifications denier:

Polyester Fully Drawn Yarn or FDY
Polyester Fully Drawn Yarn (FDY) can be knitted or woven with other filament yarns to produce various fabrics and it's majorly used in Home Furnishing Fabrics, Fashion Fabrics, etc. In addition, FDY can be twisted into the most widely used polyester yarn in sewing. Intermingled FDY yarns are suitable for direct twisting, warping and weaving. TPC provides 2 luster kinds of Polyester FDY: Semi Dull (SD) and Trilobal Bright (TBR) with triangular cross-sections.
There are 2 options available: Raw white and Dope Dyed black color. As per below detail;
• Semi-dull : 40-18 , 50-18 , 75-36, 75/72 , 100/36 , 150/48 , 150/96 , 150/144
• Trilobal bright : 75/36 , 100/36 , 150/48 , 300/96
• Mother Yarn : 200/10 , 300/10

Drawn Textured Yarn or DTY
Drawn Textured Yarn or DTY is a yarn processed from POY. The raw material is surfaced with a texture machine with a heat-drawn process to help stretch and bend the yarn. It has the advantages of short flow and high-efficiency good quality. The technical property of DTY can be molded in various ways to make yarns in multiple applications. Recycled DTY is essentially used in the knitting and weaving fabrics that make clothes, home furnishings, apparel, bags, and other uses. Recycled DTY can be provided in semi-dull, raw white, dope dye black, and dope dye color. The company provides recycled DTY with high quality of these following specifications denier:

Twisted yarn
Twisted yarn is a type of yarn wound around a core. Twisted yarn is divided into S-thread, an anti-clockwise twist spiral directions, and Screw Z, which turns clockwise. There are 3 virtues of twisted yarn, which are;
1. To increase the yarn's strength to go through the weaving process without damaging the fibers.
2. To increase the growth of yarn for suitable of using. For example, sewing thread, embroidery by using yarn threads number 2, 3, 4 ply
